Summary
  • NNT, LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company that operates ndapp.org among other products and services. The Company complies with United States of America laws and regulations.
  • GasBot was created in response to a request from a Neo community member for a GAS tipping service using tokens or digital assets (“Tokens”). Currently, Discord is the main supported platform. The Website contains links to different Discord servers that utilize GasBot. Over time, we hope to expand the number of supported social platforms and increase the range of functionality that the bot can provide to the Neo ecosystem. Neither we or GasBot are affiliated with Discord.
  • The GAS tipping service aligns closely with the motivations driving the GasBot project—activating new users of the Neo ecosystem and encouraging a sharing culture that rewards contributors for their efforts. With GasBot, anyone can become a full-fledged Neo blockchain user, whether as a result of a small act of charity or as a symbol of appreciation for helpful information which the tipper found beneficial.
  • The Company does not collect and store personal data, such as first name, last name, street address, date of birth, email address, or IP address, in connection with your use of the Services.
  • The Services and supporting third-party tools rely on the use of public on-chain data and limited off-chain data to function.
  • The Services use a performance monitoring tool offered by Google and Rollbar that collects and tracks aggregated usage data by browser type and corresponding page load times. We do this to help identify if something is broken.
  • If you specifically sign up to receive emails from us, we will store your email address to allow us to send you those emails. You can unsubscribe at any time. We will not attempt to link your email address to your wallet address, IP address, or other personal data.
What Data Do We Collect The Company does not attempt to track the users of its Services. Limited data is collected to provide the Services and improve the Services. We do not maintain user accounts and do not collect and store personal data, such as your name or internet protocol (“IP”) address. When you interact with the Services, we collect only:
  • Information from other sources. We may receive information about your wallet address or transactions made through the Applications from our service providers in order to comply with our legal obligations and prevent the use of our Applications in connection with fraudulent or other illicit activities.
  • Correspondence. We will receive any communications and information you provide directly to us via email, customer support, social media, or another support channel (such as Discord), or when you participate in any surveys or questionnaires.
  • Information you specifically provide us. If you specifically provide us with information (such as your email address), we may use that information for the purposes described when you provide it to us. We will not attempt to link any information you provide to your wallet address, IP address, or other personal data. You do not need to provide us with any personal data to use the Services.
  • The encrypted private key for the wallet that our Discord bot creates to enable you to interact with it.
  • Your Discord user identifier, which is necessary in order to guarantee the wallet that was created by our bot for your use during interactions with it is properly, and exclusively, enabled for your use.
How Will We Use Your Data We use the data we collect in accordance with your instructions, including any applicable terms in our Terms of Service, and as required by law. We may also use data for the following purposes:
  • Providing the Services. We use the data we collect to provide, maintain, customize, and improve our Services and the features of our Services.
  • Customer support. We may use information to provide customer support and answer inquiries about the Services.
  • Safety and security. We may use data to protect against, investigate, and stop fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity. We may also use it to address security risks, solve potential security issues such as bugs, enforce our agreements, and protect our users and Company.
  • Legal compliance. We may use the information we collect as needed or requested by regulators, government entities, and law enforcement to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Aggregated data. We may use some of the information we collect or access to compile aggregated data that helps us learn more about how users use the Services and where we can improve your experience.
How Do We Store Your Data We store your encrypted data using a third party host, Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS employs top-of-the-line technology standards for security, ensuring that your information is protected with the utmost care. We will keep your Discord user identifier and encrypted private key (for the wallet created by our Discord bot itself) for 5 years. Once this time period has expired or upon your written request, we will delete your data, unless we identify your wallet has funds or has made a transaction within a 3 year time frame, in which case the removal can only be done on demand. Generally, we retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which we obtained your personal information and any other permitted purposes permitted by law, and in compliance with our data retention policies. For example, we will retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

  • To comply with our legal obligations. We may share your data in the course of litigation, regulatory proceedings, compliance measures, and when compelled by subpoena, court order, or other legal procedure. We may also share data when we believe it is necessary to prevent harm to our users, our Company, or others, and to enforce our agreements and policies, including our Terms of Service.
  • Safety and Security. We may share data to protect against, investigate, and stop fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity. We may also use it to address security risks, solve potential security issues such as bugs, enforce our agreements, and protect our users, Company, and ecosystem.
  • Business changes. We may transfer or share data to another entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, asset or stock sale, or other business transaction.
  • With your consent. We may share your information any other time you provide us with your consent to do so.
